Diverse questions regarding the rentals
During summer/high season it is not possible to rent less than a week
You can either make bank transfer prior to your arrival or pay at the start of your stay. A 30% down payment is required upon signature of the rental agreement.
Not pets are allowed at La Grande Bastide to respect the other guests and preserve the gardens.
Smoking is forbidden inside the house, in the gardens and in the woods. You may only smoke while on your terrace and need to throw away the cigarettes in the trash.
All the guests at La Grande Bastide have access to a private parking area next to the house.
The swimming pool has an automatic cover which must be closed by the tenants every evening.
